Be beyond the time of your visa is an irregularity. Normally, if it is only a day or two, you’ll be able to pay a small fine at the airport. If you’ve crossed a day for a few days (not more than 10), the fine will be from 500,000 VND ($25 USD) per day, and it is recommended that you arrive at the airport well in advance to make sure you have time to solve this problem (maybe 3 and a half hours before your flight). If you spend the deadline more than 3 days, I recommend that you go to an immigration office in the city with your passport and information on your departure flight. Thus, you will be able to pay the fine in advance and avoid the stress of having to deal with this problem at the airport before your flight.
How Vietnam is usually deny tourist visas?
It is very unlikely that Vietnam denied a tourist visa. When it occurs, it is usually because the person in question was in the country and there are records of conduct that is considered controversial, as it can be to work in an irregular manner, you have exceeded the allowed period in your visa for a long time, or having committed any crime in the country. I personally have never heard of any traveler who come to Vietnam for tourism for the first time, and who has been denied the visa.

Not, in the event that your e-Visa is rejected, do not use, or have any information found to be incorrect, there will be no refund of the payment.

In the past this requirement existed to limit the use of waivers of visa, but was removed on 1 July 2020, when it entered into force the new law of immigration. Therefore, it is not necessary to wait 30 days between entry and entry. On some pages out-of-date still says you have to wait 30 days to be able to use the visa waiver for the second time, and that is what creates this confusion.
You can verify this by visiting the web portal of immigration of the government of Vietnam, where it is stated that: “The Law […] in force from 1 July 2020 […] has been removed from the requsitio that there should be an interval of 30 days between the date of entry and date of exit earlier.”
